Services can be completed both with or without insurance. If you are hoping to go through insurance, I am contracted with Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), and United Healthcare (UHC). If you have an insurance other than what is listed, services will be paid privately. *I DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICARE OR AHCCCS.*
For privately paid services, the cost for an initial intake (up to 1 hour) is billed at $250.00. Each subsequent intake is billed at $225.00.
